Over the years, my kitchen has become a gathering place of connection with my daughters (the one I gave birth to and the ones I’ve adopted into my life). We’ve poured out our hearts while pouring tea from the kettle, dished about our secret hopes while loading the dishwasher, and gave countless pep talks while we prep cooked!
